Refund Policy

1. Free Tier

The Free Forever tier does not require any payment. No refunds apply as no money is exchanged.

2. Paid Subscriptions

AiStorez offers monthly and annual paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following refund policy:

3. 14-Day Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will never be charged. After the trial, the subscription fee will be charged automatically.

4. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance each month. Refunds are not provided for partial months. If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, and your card will not be charged again.

5. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions offer a discount for paying upfront. Refunds for annual subscriptions are available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel after 30 days, you will retain access until the end of your annual term.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an annual subscription within the 30-day window:

  1. Email us at refunds@aistorez.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Paddle

7. Service Errors and Outages

In the event of a significant service outage or material error on our part, we may offer pro-rated refunds or credits at our discretion. Please report any issues to support@aistorez.com.

8. Usage Limits and Overages

AI message overages are billed at the rates specified on our Pricing page. Overage charges are non-refundable as they represent usage already consumed.

9. Account Termination by AiStorez

If your account is terminated by AiStorez due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any unused subscription time.

10. Customer Payments (Store Owners' Responsibility)

AiStorez does not process payments between store owners and their customers. Refunds for customer purchases are solely the responsibility of the store owner. AiStorez is not liable for any disputes between store owners and their customers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. For active subscriptions, the policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies.
