1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AiStorez ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AiStorez provides an AI-powered conversational commerce platform that allows store owners to create AI shopping assistants for their customers. The Service includes:

• AI chat interface for customer interactions
• Product management system
• Order tracking and management
• Analytics and reporting
• API access (on certain plans)

3. Subscription and Payments

AiStorez offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely through Paddle.

• Free tier: Limited to 25 products and 250 AI messages per month
• Paid plans: As described on our Pricing page
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

4. Store Owner Responsibilities

As a store owner using AiStorez, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product information and pricing
• Ensure your products comply with all applicable laws
• Handle customer payments directly (AiStorez does not process customer payments)
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Comply with all data protection and privacy laws
• Not use the Service for illegal activities

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use AiStorez for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Selling prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods)
• Harassing or abusing customers or other users
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Using automated systems to generate fake traffic or messages
• Storing or transmitting sensitive personal data without consent

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of AiStorez is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described therein. You retain ownership of your store data, and we do not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

AiStorez owns all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and content. You retain ownership of your store data, product information, and customer conversations. You grant AiStorez a license to use your data to provide and improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiStorez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AiStorez operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
